		<description>@Vu You need permits for everything down here. If you have any sort of production going on, you&#039;ll get kicked off without one. If it&#039;s just you and a model, you can gorilla it, but it&#039;s gotta be low key.
Locations are expensive down here. Usually they will run you a minimum of $1500 unless you know someone..

		<description>What sort of crew do you have? They look pretty busy in the background of that one photo. haha. No really....I&#039;m curious what sort of crew you put together for your shots. You seem to be shooting with ALL natural light  and without any diffusers. So i would assume you can pull most of this stuff off by yourself. Thanks! great work as always! ps i wanna buy that condo you shot in seattle. Ive been drooling for weeks.
