Usually a fair trade, because for someone to hire me to do a personal shoot would cost them more than what I can and would pay non-agency models for a stock shoot. It works out better in their favor usually. All depends on what it is. A lot of people are friends. The skateboard kid, I didn't get a stock release although I probably could and should.
