I just got one for my wife and she loves it. I plan on getting on myself but, I like it for reading as well and I'm noticing the dearth of photography books and magazines (at least mags without all that low quality scan nonsense), they could be great on this color screen (hint... hint). Oh well that's what happens to early adopters.... we have to wait.

Hi, I'm a PC and I'm a MAC, enuf of dat, you wanna know where it;s really at?

I own a PC tower, but 1-MAC Cinema / 1-Eizo monitor. Programmer turned Photographer. I've read a lot about them even downloaded the iPhone SDK. I may get a Mac laptop just to be able to create "an app 4dat". No, I don't jump on the bandwagon on every new electronic fad or gadget. Just some of them, but only through reasoning and analysis, stemming from my Software background.

Logic tells me people who can afford iPads can be clients who have enough money. Clients who will dishout cash for obviously inferior first version (intentionally by design) of a new product. Enough to buy your photos or products.

Like Nick implies, it's not for you, it's a tool to get to your clients.
