I was just lead on to your name by another fellow traveler photographer while staying in Popoyo, Nicaragua. Looking through your blog to find these images a few days ago has been a great inspiration as I am currently in Nicaragua and working on a personal photo project to really capture the true culture in the poverty of this country. I can closely relate to the great feeling you get when connecting with the locals and coming back with some great images on your camera. –Thanks for that boost of inspiration

What an amazing opportunity to help make a difference…how rewarding! I love the shots & was especially touched by the children walking barefoot on rocks to get to school. We are so sheltered here, it’s good to see what others have to go through…and then remind our kids!
